Storage:

Store clear ice by Ice Please! in the freezer between -7°C to -18°C in the packaging sleeve to maintain their quality and prevent absorption of odors from other foods.

Tempering:

Before using clear ice cubes/spheres/collins, allow the clear ice to temper for about 90 seconds at room temperature. This process helps achieve optimal clarity and texture in the ice.

Handling:

Handling: When handling clear ice cubes/spheres/collins, avoid touching them directly with your hands to prevent fingerprints or cracking of the surface. Use serrated tongs to pick the ice. If two pieces stick together, gently separate the seams using a knife.

Placing in Drinks:

Gently place clear ice cubes/spheres/collins into your drinks using serrated tongs to maintain their pristine appearance.

Chilling Drinks:

Clear ice by Ice Please! is ideal for chilling beverages without diluting them too quickly. Add them to cocktails, spirits, or other drinks for a slow-melting chill.

Refreezing

Refreezing: If you have leftover clear ice, temper again before refreezing to maintain their clarity and hardness. Drain any excess water from the packaging before refreezing.
